Climate Change Ventures and Carne Launch Climate-Focused Investment Fund
Climate Change Ventures (CCV), the specialist investment adviser focused on climate and energy transition markets, has partnered with Carne Group (Carne), Europe’s largest independent third-party management company and an established fund management platform, to launch a €500 million Clean Transition Fund 1 (CTF1), a new SFDR Article 8 fund targeting sustainable investment opportunities across Europe and North America.
Structured as a Luxembourg-domiciled Reserved Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF), CTF1 will back companies and projects aligned with the transition to a lower-carbon economy, with a focus on green energy, infrastructure and ESG integration at the core of its investment process. The fund is targeting a size of €500 million and expects to make its first investment in Q3 2026.
