Founder of Carbon Capital Markets. Raised 3 carbon funds: Carbon Asset Fund (CAF) €35m & China Methane Recovery Fund €300m and REAF.

Led the first large scale wind project in Brazil (220 MW) with CER’s as well as biomass, rice husks, landfill methane recovery all generating CERs.

Up to present Horacio has raised more than US$15 billion in projects and concessions in the Renewables sector.

He has extensive sector expertise on all forms of renewable energy projects ranging from solar, biomass, hydrogen, wind and waste to energy.

Kevin is a Certified ESG Planner with 25 years of consulting experience in advising clients on ESG issues, particularly carbon management, green finance, and renewable energy strategies.

He has worked in North America, UK, Greater China Region, and SE Asia to originate, implement, and manage low carbon and sustainable infrastructure projects, some of which are funded by MDBs (e.g,. World Bank, IFC, ADB.)

He has led project acquisition and development modeling, focusing on improving model-solving efficiency and delivering accurate evaluations for energy investments. He also drives internal research efforts, providing strategic insights on energy markets, and industry trends.

His background includes finance and procurement roles across diverse industries.

Urvish holds a Master’s degree in Finance from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht (Germany) and was an exchange student in Banking & Finance at S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (India). He earned his Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from GSFC University.
