Currently Chairman of Caridon Group, Guild of Letting and Management, Intent Group, Partner in Maven Executive and a Senior Advisor at MCF Corporate Finance.

Horacio Carvalho
Chief Executive Officer
50 years of experience in energy and infrastructure financing globally.
Founder of Carbon Capital Markets. Raised 3 carbon funds: Carbon Asset Fund (CAF) €35m & China Methane Recovery Fund €300m and REAF.
Led the first large scale wind project in Brazil (220 MW) with CER’s as well as biomass, rice husks, landfill methane recovery all generating CERs.

Successful sales of large-scale steam & gas turbines; project manager 600MW steam turboset in Japan.

Gaurav advises Climate Change Ventures on all aspects related to financing, delivery and risk management.
Gaurav brings vast experience in the field of clean and renewable energy, a sector in which he has successfully financed over €3.5 billion of projects.
He continues to serve as an independent advisor to project developers across Europe and is the founder and CEO of Northwood Infrastructure Capital, an FCA-regulated advisor and investor in renewable energy projects.
Gaurav holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, from Imperial College London.
